課程說明
力學、萬有引力、振動與熱力學。介紹以微積分解決此等物理領域問題之應用。本課程為物理科學與工程學生所設。
先修條件
- 先修課程：12 年級物理或同等學力，外加 12 年級數學：進階函數或同等學力，外加 MATH 1004 或 MATH 1052 其中之一（MATH 課程可同時修習）。注意強烈建議具備 12 年級數學：微積分與向量。
條件與方式
- 不予計算學分：不予計算學分之課程為 BIT 1002、BIT 1203、PHYS 1001、PHYS 1007、PHYS 1107。
- 先修課程：12 年級物理或同等學力，外加 12 年級數學：進階函數或同等學力，外加 MATH 1004 或 MATH 1052 其中之一（MATH 課程可同時修習）。注意強烈建議具備 12 年級數學：微積分與向量。
- 每週授課三小時，實驗或導討三小時。

Mechanics, gravitation, oscillations, and thermodynamics. The application of calculus to solve problems in these areas of physics is introduced. This course is intended for students in the physical sciences and engineering.
- Prerequisite(s): Grade 12 Physics or equivalent, plus Grade 12 Mathematics: Advanced Functions or equivalent, plus one of MATH 1004 or MATH 1052 (the MATH course may be taken concurrently). Note that Grade 12 Mathematics: Calculus and Vectors is strongly recommended.
- Precludes additional credit for Precludes additional credit for BIT 1002 , BIT 1203 , PHYS 1001 , PHYS 1007 , PHYS 1107 .
- Lectures three hours a week, laboratory or tutorial three hours a week.
