課程說明
投資分析的程序與方法。股票與債券市場。政府對證券市場的監管。普通股與固定收益證券之估值。選擇權、認股權證、可轉換證券與商品。
先修條件
- 先修科目：BUSI 2501 或 BUSI 2505（每門課成績須達 C+ 或以上），以及 STAT 2601 或 STAT 2559，且 ECON 1001 與 ECON 1002，及 MATH 1009 或 MATH 1052（每門課成績須達 C- 或以上）。
條件與方式
- 不予授予額外學分：不予授予 ECON 4052 額外學分。
- 先修科目：BUSI 2501 或 BUSI 2505（每門課成績須達 C+ 或以上），以及 STAT 2601 或 STAT 2559，且 ECON 1001 與 ECON 1002，及 MATH 1009 或 MATH 1052（每門課成績須達 C- 或以上）。
- 每週三小時授課。
