條件與方式
- 不得重複計入 PADM 4701、PADM 5701。
- 先修課程：B.P.A.P.M. 計畫公共政策與行政專修之四年級資格。
- 亦於研究所層級提供，要求不同，課號為 PADM 5213，該課程衍生學分不予計入。
