凝態物理要素、半導體、超導。核物理要素、核裂變、核融合、發電。粒子物理導論。電離輻射：產生、交互作用、偵測。醫學物理：輻射生物物理、癌症治療、成像。
先修條件
- 先修科目：PHYS 2007 與 PHYS 2605，或 PHYS 2604，且 PHYS 3701，或系所核准。
條件與方式
- 亦列為 PHYS 3608。
