整合護理實習 I 實務、應用與技能及理論之整合，於各種醫療照護場域中實施。每週 35 小時，為期六週。限制：僅限護理主修學生且須具備至少 18.0 整體學分、主修平均至少 70% 及非主修平均至少 60%。先修課程：NUSC 4F92 或 4F93。注意：需參加校內/線上實驗與課堂活動。可能需辦理含弱勢族群篩檢之警方良民證。各機構之規定將決定提交截止日，請與系所確認。學生需持有有效 CPR（BCLS 或 Level C）證書並每年再認證；N-95 口罩配戴測試每兩年一次；需提供免疫接種證明（COVID-19、麻疹、腮腺炎、德國麻疹；水痘；B 型肝炎；破傷風/白喉/百日咳；結核病）以及每年結核皮膚測試。所有要求必須於學年內有效，並於 6 月 1 日前提交予 Synergy Gateway Inc.。若未能在截止日遵守規定，學生將不被允許註冊當學年的臨床課程。臨床實習可能安排在夜間及/或週末。前往臨床實習之交通為學生自理。將收取實習費用。本課程可能以多種授課模式開設，授課方式將於學期課程時間表中註明。

Integrated Nursing Practicum I Practice, application and integration of skills and theory in a variety of health care settings. 35 hours per week for six weeks. Restriction: open to Nursing majors with a minimum of 18.0 overall credits, a minimum 70 percent major average and a minimum 60 percent non-major average. Prerequisite(s): NUSC 4F92 or 4F93 . Note: on campus/online lab and class activities will be required. Police record check with a vulnerable sector screening may be required. Agency policies will determine submission deadline. Check with Department. Students require current CPR (BCLS or Level C) certification and annual re-certification, N-95 mask fit testing every two years, proof of Immunizations (COVID-19, Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Hepatitis B; Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis; Tuberculosis) as well as annual TB Skin Testing. All requirements must be valid through the academic year and submitted to Synergy Gateway Inc. by June 1. Failure to comply with the due date will result in student not being permitted to register in clinical courses for the current academic year. Clinical practicum may be scheduled in the evening and/or on weekends. Transportation to clinical placement is a student responsibility. A practicum fee will be applied. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
