Este curso explora teorização e interseções de raça e direito em estudos jurídicos. Atenção particular a estudos de caso, racismo institucional, estrutural e sistêmico, a importância de “raça” em categorias jurídicas e no trabalho de atores jurídicos em múltiplas áreas do direito.

This course explores theorizations and intersections of race and law in legal studies. Particular attention to case studies, institutional, structural, and systemic racism, the currency of “race” in legal categories and in the work of legal actors in multiple areas of law.
