Introdução a medidas de garantia de qualidade, estratégias de calibração e fundamentos de processos de medição analítica baseados em solução. Análise qualitativa e quantitativa usando técnicas potenciométricas e de eletrólise, incluindo eletrodos seletivos de íons, coulometria, amperometria e voltametria. Titulações redox, ácido/base e EDTA no contexto de vários sistemas tampão.

- Prerequisite(s): CHEM 1006 (no longer offered) with a minimum grade of B- , or CHEM 1002 or CHEM 1012 or CHEM 1101 and ( MATH 1007 or MATH 1004 ).
