학생 주도 프로젝트로 프로젝트 감독자 및 외부 정보자원관리 고문과 연계하여 개발된다. 프로젝트는 서면 보고서, 세미나 토론 및 최종 발표로 지원된다. 모든 제안서는 IRM 프로그램 프로젝트 위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다.
