A description of licit and illicit drugs covering topics that range from historical perspectives to pharmacology to mechanisms of action in the brain. Discussion of neurochemical basis of psychiatric diseases including anxiety, depression and schizophrenia.
- Prerequisite(s): NEUR 2200 or NEUR 2201 .
