인권의 근원, 개념, 정당화, 결과 및 도전에 대한 철학적 입문. 선택된 인권의 전개를 a) 정치적 투쟁에서 제기된 요구; b) 도덕적·정치적 원리와 논증에 의해 지지된 선언; c) 정부와 국제기구에 의해 비준되고 시행된 규범의 관점에서 고찰.
