역학, 중력, 진동, 열역학. 물리학의 이러한 영역에서 문제를 해결하기 위한 미적분의 적용을 소개함. 본 과정은 자연과학 및 공학 학생을 위한 것임.
선수 과목
- 선수과목: 고등학교 12학년 물리학 또는 동등 과목, 및 고등학교 12학년 수학: 고급함수 또는 동등 과목, 그리고 MATH 1004 또는 MATH 1052 중 하나(해당 MATH 과목은 동시 수강 가능). 고등학교 12학년 수학: 미적분 및 벡터를 강력히 권장함.
조건 및 세부사항
- 추가 학점 취득 불가: BIT 1002, BIT 1203, PHYS 1001, PHYS 1007, PHYS 1107.

Mechanics, gravitation, oscillations, and thermodynamics. The application of calculus to solve problems in these areas of physics is introduced. This course is intended for students in the physical sciences and engineering.
- Prerequisite(s): Grade 12 Physics or equivalent, plus Grade 12 Mathematics: Advanced Functions or equivalent, plus one of MATH 1004 or MATH 1052 (the MATH course may be taken concurrently). Note that Grade 12 Mathematics: Calculus and Vectors is strongly recommended.
- Precludes additional credit for Precludes additional credit for BIT 1002 , BIT 1203 , PHYS 1001 , PHYS 1007 , PHYS 1107 .
- Lectures three hours a week, laboratory or tutorial three hours a week.
