설명
고급 원격탐사(또는 GEOG 4P07로도 개설) 지상, 항공 및 우주 기반 원격탐사의 이론과 실습. 자연 및 인공 환경 연구에 사용되는 기법에 중점. 주제는 데이터 획득 및 전처리, 영상 분석, 정확도 평가 및 정보 제품 생산을 포함함. 상용 영상분석 소프트웨어를 이용한 영상 처리 및 분석. 실습, 주당 3시간. 제한: 등록 안내서에 명시된 날짜까지 ERSC(단일 또는 결합), GEOG(단일 또는 결합) 및 GEOG(우등)/BEd(중등/고등) 전공에 개방. 학생은 4학년(우등) 승인이 있어야 함. 선수과목: ERSC 3P07 또는 강사 허가. 참고: 이 과정은 여러 방식으로 개설될 수 있음. 강의 제공 방식은 해당 학기 학사시간표에 기재됨.

Advanced Remote Sensing (also offered as GEOG 4P07 ) Theory and practice of in situ, airborne and spaceborne remote sensing. Emphasis on techniques used to study natural and human-made environments. Topics include data acquisition and preprocessing, image analysis, accuracy assessment and the production of information products. Image processing and analyses using commercially available image-analysis software. Lab, 3 hours per week. Restriction: open to ERSC (single or combined),GEOG (single or combined) and GEOG (Honours)/BEd (Intermediate/Senior) majors until date specified in Registration guide. Students must have approval to year 4 (honours). Prerequisite(s): ERSC 3P07 or permission of the instructor. Note: this course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
