グローバルな現象としての都市化。経済的、政治的、文化的勢力に関連した都市化および脱都市化のさまざまな形態の研究。デザインを通して、学生は北米以外の文脈における集落とコミュニティの（変）形成を探る。
前提条件
- 前提条件：ARCS 2303およびARCS 2304および建築学士（BAS）Urbanism専攻の3年次在籍、またはスクールの許可。

- 以下の科目の追加単位を認めない 以下の科目の追加単位を認めない ARCH 3172、ARCH 3182、ARCH 3192、ARCS 4304（現在は開講していない）。
