本科目は、高度な統計モデル（一般化線形混合モデルを含む）の理解を提供し、優れたコーディング実践（RおよびRmarkdownの使用）を育成し、データとコードの管理（データ操作およびgithub）を改善し、オープンサイエンスの原則（OSFの使用）を提示することを目的とする。
