Topics include: introduction to portfolio theory, the capital asset pricing model, cost of capital, capital structure and dividend policy, lease financing, capital budgeting under uncertainty, mergers and consolidations.
- Prerequisite(s): BUSI 2501 or BUSI 2505 (with a grade of C+ or higher in each), and STAT 2601 or STAT 2559 , and ECON 1001 and ECON 1002 , and MATH 1009 or MATH 1052 (with a grade of C- or higher in each).
