メトロ／長距離光ネットワーク要素とシステムの運用、管理および保守。GUI、Transaction Language One（TL1）、光ネットワーク管理を用いた実践的スキル：アラーム設定、ラインおよびパス保護の切替、セキュリティ、データ通信管理、光ネットワークのバックアップとリストア、ロードアップグレードおよびインストール管理の実行。
