芸術消費と資金調達の変化する環境に重点を置いた芸術団体のマネジメントの課題。組織上および個人的な問題を判断する際に、美的・芸術的側面と機能的考慮事項を組み合わせることで生じる緊張が継続的なテーマとなる。
