人的要因を考慮したセキュリティ機構の設計。インタラクション設計がセキュリティ/プライバシーに与える影響に焦点を当てたソフトウェアベースのシステム評価。使いやすいセキュリティの現行アプローチ；ユーザースタディ；実証的分析の方法論；使いやすいセキュリティ/プライバシーの設計原則；認証、匿名化システムを含む事例研究。
