衣服、住居、記念碑から食べ物、庭園、ダンス、儀礼用小道具、音楽制作のようなより儚い物質化に至るまで、さまざまな文化的資料において多様な社会がどのように物質化されるかを扱う。博物館実践と展示の文化政治に重点を置く。
