Un examen crítico del uso del periodismo como instrumento de desarrollo internacional, histórica y actualmente. ¿En qué medida han tenido éxito estos esfuerzos? ¿En qué fundamentos se justifican? ¿En qué medida han sido instrumentos de propaganda?.
