Transfer from the Master’s to the Ph.D. Program Students enrolled full-time in the M.Sc. in Management program at Carleton University may be permitted to transfer into the Ph.D. program without completing the master’s program, provided they meet the following conditions: Completion of 2.5 credits of master’s courses with a minimum average of A Have demonstrated exceptional research potential Make a formal application for admission to the Ph.D. program no later than the third term of initial registration in the M.Sc. program Have permission of the Director of Graduate Research Programs.
