Provides theoretical insights and pragmatic tools that address strategic decisions concerning cross-border business activities. Examines how the multinational firm creates competitive advantage across countries and what principles and constraints guide strategic choices in various parts of the organization.
Prerequisites
- Prerequisite(s): 1) Fourth-year standing in B.I.B, and successful completion of all 2000-and 3000-level courses in the Major requirement, normally completed within the last 10 years. or 2) Fourth-year standing in B.Com, and successful completion of all 2000-and 3000-level courses in the Major requirement and BUSI 4609 , normally completed within the last 10 years.
