Description
Nursing Clinical Judgement & Skills Clinical judgement processes and how they inform nursing decisions and actions. Concepts, principles, and theories foundational to nursing practice including, steps in clinical judgement, self-directed thinking, ways of knowing, principles of evidence-informed decision making, introduction to basic human physiological needs, and provision of safe nursing care in the simulated care environment. Lectures 1 hour per week; lab 2 hours per week Restriction: open to NUSC majors. Note: A course fee will be applied.
