Description
Relational Care and Leadership: Working with and Leading Groups Explores and applies skills and knowledge related to working with and leading therapeutic and work groups. Special emphasis on working within interpersonal, intraprofessional, interprofessional, and intersectoral teams; influencing decisions; managing conflict; and negotiation. Lectures, 3 hours per week. Restriction: Open only to students admitted to the BN/MN program.
