Women in North America, 1865 to the Present (also offered as WGST 2Q94 ) Major themes in the history of women in Canada and the United States: emancipation; industrialization and immigration; suffrage and social movements; gender, race and ethnicity; women and the two world wars; and feminism in the 1960s and 1970s.
