Description

Performing Style and Genre Development of acting skills and techniques for performing historical styles associated with various text-based theatrical genres. Genres may include Comedy of Manners, Farce, Epic Theatre, Post-Realism, or Post Dramatic theatre. Lab, 5 hours per week Restriction: successful completion of Department end-of-year-audition and permission of the Department. Prerequisite(s): DART 2F50 or 2P51 and one of DART 2P50 , 2P11 . Note: materials fee and field trip fee may be required. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in DART 3F50.
