Description
Neural Mechanisms, Hormones and Behaviour (also offered as PSYC 4P55 ) Relations among the hormones of the endocrine system, the nervous system and behaviour; the involvement of hormones in sexual behaviour, the mechanisms of stress and cognition; relevant research methodologies. Lectures, seminar, 3 hours per week. Restriction: open to NEUR and PSYC (single or combined) majors until date specified in Registration guide. Students must have a minimum of 13.0 overall credits or 5.0 PSYC credits above PSYC 1F90 . Prerequisite(s): NEUR 2P36 or PSYC 2P35. Note: this course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery.
