Description
Pathophysiology and Therapeutics: Health Concerns of Families and Communities Introduction to common health conditions across the lifespan, with an emphasis on infants, children, adolescents, and women, as well as on disorders and disease prevention at a community or population and global levels. Includes discussion of related diagnostic tests, pharmacologic and other therapeutic interventions, related health education and promotion, and cultural interpretations and competence. Lectures, 3 hours per week. Restriction: Open only to students admitted to the BN/MN program.
