Strengths-Based Facilitation Techniques Examines a variety of strengths-based approaches to supporting behaviour change. Many health professionals work towards supporting personal change in participants, either through increasing physical activity, changing health related behaviour, or enhancing leisure engagement. This course will provide the opportunity to critically examine and apply a variety of facilitation techniques, including affective, cognitive, behavioural and eclectic approaches.
