Engaging the Sociological Imagination Integration of theory, research and practice through critical and analytical overviews of the discipline of Sociology. Advanced skills and avenues for applied sociology. Topics may include writing for scholarly and public audiences, literature research, policy and media analysis, qualitative interviewing, and action research. Seminar, 3 hours per week. Restriction: open to SOCI (single) majors until date specified in Registration guide. After that date open to SOCI (single or combined) majors until date specified in Registration guide.
