Description
Research Methods in Economics Locating economic data and published research, planning the project and defining a hypothesis, reasoning and argument in economics, uses and abuses of theory and quantitative methods, selection of appropriate methods, presentation of the findings. Lectures, seminar, lab, 4 hours per week. Restriction: open to ECON (single or combined), ECAN, BBE and INPE majors until date specified in Registration guide. Prerequisite(s): ECON 2P21 or 2P23 ; ECON 2P22 ; ECON 2P90 or 2P91 . Note: this course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery.
