Description
Making Modern Science Science from the Enlightenment to the atomic bomb including the Industrial Revolution; rise of Big Science; and Darwin, science and religion. Lectures, seminar, 3 hours per week. Note: no background in science is required. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery.
