Description
Protein and Nucleic Acid Chemistry (also offered as BTEC 3P93 ) Chemistry and structure of nucleic acids, proteins, and carbohydrates. Selected aspects of chemical synthesis and biosynthesis, including mechanisms of protein folding, post-translational modification, targeting, sequencing, detection techniques and biochemical/medical applications of these molecules.
