Italian-Canadian Culture (also offered as CANA 2P98 and ITAL 2P98 ) Topics may include Italian-Canadian communities in Ontario, cultural and economic relations between Italy and Canada, World War II internment experience, Italian contribution to the arts in Canada (art, music, film, literature) and issues of heritage, multiculturalism, ethnicity, identity, and representation. Lectures, 3 hours per week. Restriction: students must have a minimum of 5.0 overall credits or permission of instructor. Note: given in English. No knowledge of Italian required. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. *
