Special Topics in Sociology Selected issues in sociology. Course content will vary depending upon the interests of instructors and students. Restriction: open to SOCI (single or combined) majors until date specified in Registration guide. Analysis of extractive capitalism, fossil fuel economics, military and state environmental crime. Global South, anti-colonial, socio-legal and social movement responses. Seminar, 3 hours per week.
