Comparative Public Policy Major concepts, theoretical approaches and issues in Comparative Public Policy, assessing the various frameworks used for understanding and addressing public policy issues in different countries and regions. Cases from Canada, the United States, Europe and the developing world. Seminar, 3 hours per week. Restriction: open to POLS (single or combined) majors with either a minimum of 14.0 overall credits and a minimum 70 percent major average or approval to year 4 (honours). Prerequisite(s): one of POLI 2P12 (2F12), 2P99 (2Q98), 3P67 or permission of the instructor. Note: this course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. #
