Brock University kicks off its annual United Way Golden Horseshoe workplace campaign with the 'Souper Star' lunch fundraiser on Oct. 28, 2026. Brock’s yearly United Way effort begins Oct. 28, 2026 with the Souper Star lunch, where faculty deans serve soups prepared by campus food services and proceeds feed the campaign. Aramark Canada provides in-kind sponsorship. The university highlights local impact: in 2025 UWGH assisted almost 140,000 people in Niagara and over 440,000 across the Golden Horseshoe. Employees are invited to give via payroll contributions through Workday or one-time gifts online; donations via Workday by 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 28 will be entered into an early-bird draw for a parking-pass upgrade.
