Brock launches Equity Census to inform its first four‑year EDID Action Plan

Source publication : 2026-11-04 · Brock University

Brock University is inviting students, faculty and staff to complete a short, confidential equity census to map campus demographics and support development of a four‑year Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization (EDID) Action Plan.

As of 4 November 2026, Brock University is circulating a brief, confidential equity census to its community via university email (sometimes bundled with other surveys). The institution will use the recurring demographic data to track progress on equity and inclusion and to shape its inaugural four‑year EDID Action Plan. Collected insights are intended to strengthen institutional accountability, highlight areas for improvement in the student experience and inform concrete policies and practices toward a more inclusive campus.
