Alison Horton appointed Vice‑President (Finance and Administration) at Memorial University
Memorial University has appointed Alison Horton as Vice‑President (Finance and Administration). She served as interim since February 2026 and has strengthened the administration and senior leadership team.
The Board of Regents approved Alison Horton as Vice‑President (Finance and Administration). Since joining as interim in February 2026, she advanced auditor‑general recommendations, stabilized the finance and administration leadership team and led searches for an associate VP (people and culture) and a director of internal audit. With prior senior roles at Sheridan and Mohawk Colleges, Horton now oversees finance, people and culture, information technology and facilities — administrative functions that support Memorial’s academic mission and campus operations.
