Jennifer Moore named Chair of Loyalist College Board; five new governors welcomed
Jennifer Moore began her term as Chair of Loyalist College’s Board of Governors on Sept. 1, 2026. At the Oct. 22 board meeting, the college introduced five new governors representing administration, support staff, faculty and students.
Loyalist College confirmed Jennifer Moore’s appointment as Board Chair effective Sept. 1, 2026; she has served on the Board since 2021 and brings municipal leadership, finance and community-service experience. At the Oct. 22 meeting, President Mark Kirkpatrick introduced five new governors: Vanessa Brooker (Interim Dean; administrative staff representative), Bex Foreman (Career Advisor; support staff representative), Sarah Letersky (partner at Rubicon Strategy), Laurel Wilcox (Practical Nursing student and Student Governor) and Jennifer Yascheshyn (professor and academic staff representative). The expanded board brings student, faculty and staff perspectives to college governance.
