Codiac FM wins ADISQ 2026 — University/college radio station of the year

On October 5, 2026, Codiac FM was named ADISQ 2026 University or College Radio Station of the Year. General manager Cédric Ayisa described the award as recognition of the station’s commitment to music and promotion of francophone artists, notably local and Indigenous creators, and to efforts to engage young listeners. Alain Lavoie, board chair who began at Codiac FM as a student volunteer, outlined planned projects including a new website and initiatives to reconnect with former volunteers and alumni.
