UQAM: Caregivers Week events — theatre, Feldenkrais workshop and lunch talk (1–7 Nov 2026)
During National Caregivers Week (1–7 Nov 2026), UQAM will host campus activities for students and staff: a theatre piece (2 Nov), a Feldenkrais somatic workshop (4 Nov) and a lunch talk (5 Nov). Registration required for students and staff.
UQAM presents the “Rendez‑vous de la proche aidance” series (1–7 Nov 2026) to raise awareness and support for caregivers within its community. Highlights: Le tribunal‑théâtre de la proche aidance (Les Allumettes) on 2 Nov, 12:30–13:45 in the Salle des Boiseries; a Feldenkrais somatic education workshop on 4 Nov, 12:30–13:30 (Central Library, room A‑M204); and a lunch‑time discussion on 5 Nov, 12:30–13:30 (room J‑M500). The initiative is organized by SRVE, SDO, the UQAM Mental Health Hub, the School of Theatre and the Dance Department. Registration is mandatory for students and staff.
