Comment : The University of Saskatchewan, through the Extension
Division and its Centre for Second Language Instruction, has established a Certificate Program in Teaching English as a Second Language, referred to as the CERTESL program. The CERTESL program is an independent study program designed to meet the instructional needs of current students.
