Institute and Location: Founded in 1851, the Montreal YMCA has been offering language courses for over 30 years and is accredited as a language institute by the government of Quebec in Canada. We also have a school in Vancouver. Our school is located in the heart of downtown Montreal, a bilingual (French & English) and cosmopolitan city. This city has old world culture charm and is alive with dynamic entertainment, day and night. Students have access to the YMCA health, fitness & recreation facilities which includes swimming pools, Jacuzzi, saunas, gym and much more for a nomimal fee. Program Overview: For men and women who want to learn or refine their skills in English and French, the Montreal YMCA International Language School offers intensive English and French courses designed for adult learners. Courses are offered year round, daytime and evening from four to seven weeks long, with three to twenty five hours of instruction per week. English language courses are offered at seven different skill levels, from beginner to advanced and French courses at six levels. The emphasis of the program is on conversation and grammar skills. We do offer an English writing course for students at a higher intermediate level as well as a pronunciation course. We are the official testing centre for TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) and TFI (Test de Français International). After students complete the program, they receive a YMCA diploma attesting to their degree of fluency in English or French. Accommodations: Students may live in homestay with either a French or English speaking family. This can be a wonderful opportunity to practice the language as well as an enriching cultural experience.기존 웹사이트 · 역사 자료
