Welcome to the Children's Adventure Program (CAP) About ILLC and the program... We are located 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver making it convenient to all visitors. The comfortable climate in winter and summer makes it the ideal choice for families looking for a wonderful Canadian experience. An exciting and educational choice that you won't forget! ILLC offers Winter Adventure and Summer Adventure Programs for children ages 5-15 with ANY LEVEL of English ability. Our staff are certified Elementary teachers who have experience with international students. With a maximum of 12 students per class, students are provided with an intensive learning atosphere.Your child will meet and interact with children from other countries and cultures, making friendships that will last a lifetime! Why choose the Children Adventure Program? *small classes - maximum 12 students per teacher *exciting activities both in class and outdoors *certified elementary school staff *flexible start dates *wonderful choice for parents and children to study together *exciting choice to explore Canadian culture at its best *make friendships that will last a lifetime! At the end of your study time, you will recieve a Certificate of Completion indicating your program and length of study. Students may begin our program on ANY MONDAY and can register weekly. All students will be required to purchase medical insurance in their home country or from the ILLC office upon arrival. Summer Adventure Program
Each week, student will be exploring topics such as: Space, Animals, The Jungle, The Weather, The Ocean, Insects, The Ice Age, The Human Body, Dinosaurs, Ancient Egypt, Communities.
In-class activities and the full-day trips are coordinated with the theme for that week.
Secondary ESL Program
During the summer month, ILLC offers ESL programs for students ages 14-17 who wish to improve their English ability and attend local excursions. Student will attend classes Monday - Friday in ESL and have a few afternoon activities.
