THE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS IN THE FASHION SCHOOL FACULTY USE A PROGRESSIVE,
HANDS-ON APPROACH TO STIMULATE YOUR CREATIVITY AND REFINE YOUR AESTHETIC TALENTS.
FASHION DESIGN will teach you to finesse the steps leading to create an original line in keeping
with the industry\'s needs. After your first year, you will be ready to specialize in men’s wear or
women’s wear. You will learn to create garments from illustrations, sketches and workshop
drawings that you have created. Create patterns for samples and manufacture prototypes. The
program also entails researching styles and materials, market analysis and marketing strategy
development, promotional activity background and learning to choose appropriate fabrics,
textures and colours.
As a Fashion Design student, you’ll take part in fashion shows and competitions at the regional,
national and international levels, participating in the creation and production of a major fashion
show that routinely draws accolades from the industry, the media and the public. Upon
graduation the following positions will then be open to you: Fashion Designer, Stylist, Pattern
Designer, Patternmaker or Props Designer. You\'ll also be fully qualified to work as a Costume
Designer or Fashion Coordinator for television and cinema arts, fashion shows, theatre or
magazines.
COMPUTER SCIENCE
THE COMPUTER SCIENCE PROGRAM COMPRISES OF THREE OPTIONS THAT CAN OPEN DOORS TO AN EXCITING AND LUCRATIVE CAREER, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
The PROGRAMMER ANALYST option provides up to date training in the latest technology. The
program’s hands-on learning technique enables the students to master the latest material in
software, programming languages and analytical skills. Students are offered real world
experience by participating in conferences and meetings with industry personnel. Students
learn to apply their theory with practical projects and gain valuable experience via our internship
program. Students are prepared to sit for their certification exams in: Microsoft MCP, MCSE,
Microsoft MCSD, CISCO CCNA, CCDA and SAP.
By choosing the DATA MANAGEMENT option, you are on the road to acquiring the skills and
abilities necessary to analyze and develop applications for local network management. Learn to
understand user needs and write appropriate computer specifications. By using the latest data
modelling procedures, design and administer databases in the client/server environment.
Develop and program applications using powerful software applications. Operate and maintain
computers and their peripherals, as well as install and configure workstations using MS-DOS
and the latest Windows releases.
The NETWORK MANAGEMENT option prepares you to participate in all stages of intranet
implementation and administration by instructing you in operating system functions, network
interconnections and compatible computer hardware specifications. Graduates will thoroughly
understand the operation of computers and their principal peripherals so that they will be able
to install, maintain and manage the servers, resources and various software configurations of
local networks.
TOURISM
The Tourism Techniques Program aims to enable persons to take on the profession of the technician in tourism.
The task of a technician in tourism consist of welcoming the tourist clientele and offering them services, to guide and animate groups, to develop, market and sale tourist products, to take on the management of a tourist event and the execution of administrative tasks in a company where their services are retained.

2D/3D ANIMATION
The ANIMATION program is the right choice for those individuals who have the desire to
demonstrate a more artistic flare. Recognized by Softimage as an Academic partner, this
program uses the latest animation tools. Create stories and scripts for animation. Learn the
valuable skills of planning a project and of finishing it on time, as per schedule. Create the
special effects so often seen in movies, with ease and grace.
Students with these skills and abilities are sought after to work as animators, modellers or
designers in the audio visual field.
