This eighteen-month course is meant for students who do not have a formal education or who do not have Canadian work experience. The IDAIT offers students the chance to gain valuable on-the job experience with Canadian IT companies. The curriculum for the 18-month IDAIT is the same as the 10-month DAIT diploma program; however, each semester is separated by a 4-month co-op work placement. Co-op placements are jointly the responsibility of the student and the co-op placement staff at CCBC.
